Great place and I love my car!

I am from Massachusetts and found prices significantly better in New York. I found the exact car I wanted, a red Chrysler Pacifica, at Imperial Auto Mall in Brooklyn, NY. So, I got on the phone with Gabrielle and, despite, my friends and family objections with a long distance auto purchase, we proceeded to talk about how to coordinate it. I am not real experienced at buying cars, so I had to do my homework. I came down and met smiling Edwin and a super nice gentleman (sorry- is your name JT?) proudly detailing the car, beaming from ear to ear. They allowed me to take the car to a mechanic of my choice (The BP station right on Atlantic). He did a THOROUGH job and, while not having unrealistic expectations, said it was a good car for the price. By the end of our visits, and my vin checking verifications, Edwin was probably wishing he'd sold this comparative bomber to my ex-minivan to someone more worthy. I'm sure I left an impression on quick thinker Julie as she tried to explain logistics, and I thank her for her patience. We found that a weekday purchase was most appropriate and they held the car on-site for that time. I had asked upfront about additional fees and we navigated that a bit, but considering they held my car, 6 days in the end, with only a small deposit, I can't complain. No storage fees were mentioned and I do believe they wanted me leaving a happy customer. They even did more detail to work to it just before I picked it up and it's beautiful. Upon parting, Edwin, sporting a New York tie and some integrity, said if I was still happy with the purchase a few months from now, to write a review. I decided to write one now, before procrastination sets in, since it was a great experiences, a less common kind of car purchase, and I was able insure, register, and get it home with the same expectations you would have with a local purchase. They took care of me, making sure all paperwork was in order, and I have the car. I'm not unrealistic in my expectations and will be looking into their extended warranty. I would encourage anyone to consider shopping here and doing an out-of-state purchase. This car would be $2,000-$3,000 more closer to my home and out of my budget. A few lovely day trips and a few new friends later, I have a beautiful car. Thanks guys!

Awesome Customer Service

The service provided today by Imperial Auto Mall was exceptional. They truly let you feel like a customer. You won’t leave as if the service you were given wasn’t of quality. We were greeted with the utmost respect. The employees here are extremely friendly,you will leave here feeling like you have met new friends or better yet family. Edwins service with us was phenomenal he went above and beyond to make us as the customers extremely satisfied. Julia services also was exceptional. They both have a great sense of humor which keeps a smile on customers faces. Not one point during this purchase I felt as if I was being cheated out of my money. One love .

VEHICLE PURCHASE

Wow! What an amazing experience

I was so pleased with the service at Imperial I received from Gabriel.... Who would of thought going directly through a used car dealer would be the best car buying decision. I live in the Manhattan, I was able to take care of everything via phone and email. I could trust him with that. Yes, I know what you are thinking, Why would I trust someone with my personal info being MILES AWAY. If you are shopping around and are skeptical about making such a huge purchase because it is a BIG decision, I recommend calling Gabriel at Imperial Auto Mall. The money you will save would be worth it. I've done my digging, waiting time calling different dealers but it was never worth it. Best decision I could have made, I never thought I would have a nice used car as my first car, Gabriel made it happen.. They took the time to pick up my car and facetimed me once the deal was done so I could see, get the windows tinted and offered to deliver it to me to THE BAY FREE OF CHARGE.!!! Who does that?? Thank you .
